Our Mission
Psi Chi would like to bring together members of the USF community with an opportunity to celebrate the research being conducted by teams of faculty and undergraduate students. The mission of the University of San Francisco Psi Chi Human Behavior Research Conference is to...
- promote development in the field of psychological research
- provide an exciting venue for ideas to be shared with the broader community
- facilitate the development of professional networking and presentation skills
"Am I eligible to present?"
To be eligible to present, you must be currently enrolled as an undergraduate student or an alumnus at the University of San Francisco. Your research should be connected to human behavior and mental processes. If you have graduated, you may present research conducted while you were an undergraduate student. You must also submit an abstract using the Application link above.
How the Conference Works
All work will be presented in a poster format. Poster presentations are displayed on a 4 x 6 foot tri-fold poster board; the poster size limit is 4 x 4 feet. You must provide your own poster, but we would be happy to provide you with information about where to find poster board to accommodate this format.
Appetizers will be provided for attendees!

Participant Information
There are two types of attendees: presenters and spectators. Presenters are undergraduates (or recent undergraduates) who have a research project that they will be presenting. Everyone else, including parents and friends of the presenters, are encouraged to attend the Conference as spectators.
Awards
Awards will be presented to the two best posters at the conference. Judgments will be made on the basis of the clarity of the presentation of major findings by student researchers and the effectiveness of the poster in communicating major findings in a visual format.
